Administrative Manager

The Administrative Manager is fully responsible for the administrative performance of all staff in coordination with the Human Resources Manager. He is also responsible for all decisions he signs and for the accuracy of any document he approves, reviews, or receives. Additionally, he is responsible for providing a positive and comfortable work environment that inspires employees and drives them toward greater work and progress.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily administrative operations.
  • Prepare internal plans and executive programs that achieve the branch's main goals both financially and administratively.
  • Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures in the branch.
  • Participate in setting and formulating the branch's main objectives.
  • Attend board meetings and assist in drafting and formalizing the recommendations and decisions issued.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager within his jurisdiction in a special annex for that purpose.

Must Have

  • Follow up on complaints, observations, and suggestions from everyone and coordinate with other departments.
  • Respond to inquiries from doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff.
  • Welcome visitors or reviewers and work to meet their needs.
  • Monitor the validity and continuity of operating contracts, records, and government licenses and keep them on file.
