The customer service representative is primarily responsible for achieving the highest level of satisfaction for clients and works to meet all their needs by ensuring high-quality service, helping them overcome obstacles they face, and providing comprehensive answers to their inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and receiving visitors or reviewers.
  • Informing the responsible person or manager upon the arrival of visitors or reviewers.
  • Answering phone calls and emails within the granted authorities.
  • Responding to all inquiries and questions from reviewers. 
  • Dealing appropriately with reviewers in accordance with the nature of the inquiry or complaint and in a manner befitting the company's status.
  • Providing reports on reviewer satisfaction surveys to the direct manager.

Must Have

  • Entering visitor or reviewer data and maintaining their records.
  • Recording and following up on complaints, observations, and suggestions from visitors or reviewers.
  • Meeting the needs of reviewers by ensuring high-quality service within the granted authorities.
  • Strengthening relationships with reviewers and interacting with their needs
  • Assisting reviewers in overcoming work obstacles they face and providing comprehensive and sufficient answers to their inquiries

Nice to have

  • Committing to required performance indicators and working to achieve them.
  • Adhering to attendance and departure times as scheduled.
  • Submitting reports to the direct manager.
  • Keeping company and reviewer secrets confidential and not disclosing them, and not publishing any news related to the company.
  • Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct manager within their jurisdiction in a specific appendix for that.
  • Committing to and respecting the administrative hierarchy "organizational structure"
